Andy Warren - Managing Director

Andy is the Managing Director of Marshall Keen. He qualified as a chartered accountant with one of the Big Four firms in London. He is also an entrepreneur who has acquired business experience at director level in blue chip companies, SMEs and start-ups, including Ernst & Young, Philips Electronics, Philips Media, British Telecom, Smartgroups and Centric Telecom.

Andy has over 20 years of experience and expertise in finance, sales, marketing, human resources, legal and technical operations as well as skills in management, leadership, negotiation, training and development

He has been involved in buying, starting and selling companies for the last 15 years, and has held the roles of Managing Director, CFO, Finance Director, Commercial Director, and IT Director in companies ranging from £2m Turnover to £100m turnover. He has directed, managed and negotiated corporate transactions ranging in values from £1m up to £400m and has raised over £10m funding in private equity/VC finance for companies. He has also managed budgets and projects ranging from £200,000 to £2 billion.
