This Privacy Policy covers Marshall Keen’s treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the www.marshallkeen.com website or any related websites. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Marshall Keen do not own or control, or to people that Marshall Keen do not employ or manage.

Marshall Keen collect and maintain personally identifiable information that you provide us when you subscribe for the Marshall Keen newsletter, when you complete a registration form for the Marshall Keen Client Membership, when you buy products from Marshall Keen, when you join Marshall Keen as a Client and when you take part in Marshall Keen Tele-seminars or attend Marshall Keen workshops or seminars or when you take up any of the Marshall Keen services. When you register with Marshall Keen or purchase any of our products or services, we may ask for your name, address, postcode, telephone number and email address. We do not take your credit card details as this is operated through a separate company, WorldPay. When you engage one of our CFOs, we request specific information about you and your company. Once you register with Marshall Keen, you are not anonymous to us. Marshall Keen uses your personal information for three general purposes: to fulfill your requests for certain products, services and information that you have requested, to respond to your inquiries and to contact you about new products and services.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Marshall Keen will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. When you provide your contact information and indicate an interest in attending any of the Tele-seminars or Live seminars classes, in order to respond to your interest, we may forward this information to third party event organisers and speakers with whom we have joint marketing arrangements in order to facilitate your attendance. When you disclose your information you may be contacted by the event organisers to confirm your attendance. These third parties may not use or disclose your contact information except for the purpose of inviting you to an event, or to the extent that you have an independent customer relationship with such party(ies). Accordingly, when you provide your contact information and indicate interest in attending a seminar, you are giving consent for us to forward your information to the event organiser. We may also need to disclose your personal information as required or permitted by law i.e., to respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process.
